"Gone Girl" Intensely Disturbs

I happened to spent my Friday Night watching the Advance Screening of Gone Girl ( October 3, 2014). I say it is perfectly disturbing in a manner that you will love haha! I might sound weird but having to read the novel first before watching it,  Job well done. Gone Girl is a great Crime Novel interpreted perfectly on the Big Screen! You'll Enjoy the Blood, the twist, the story and Ben Affleck haha. It can also  mess with your head, you'll need to process everything that is happening. Rosamund Pike proved again herself as a good actress having to play a very convincing role as Amy Dunne a wife, writer and a psychopath. She really deserve a Best Actress award in the coming awards season.

 (Plot) Wikipedia

On the day of his fifth wedding anniversary, Nick Dunne (Affleck) returns home to find that his wife Amy (Pike) is missing. Her disappearance creates a media frenzy, and his awkward behavior and lies surrounding the marriage are interpreted by the media and public as characteristics of a sociopath, implicating him for her apparent murder. Flashback sequences told from Amy's perspective reveal the disintegration of their once-happy marriage: They both lose their jobs during the recession and Amy has to move away from her beloved New york City home to stay in Nick's hometown of North Carthage Missouri when his mother is diagnosed with cancer. Nick, meanwhile, has become lazy, distant, and unfaithful to Amy. Detective Rhonda Boney (Dickens) finds that Nick knows surprisingly little about his wife's day-to-day life, including that she is pregnant. She also uncovers evidence indicating financial troubles and domestic disputes, as well as a report indicating Amy wanted to purchase a gun. As this evidence mounts against him, Nick becomes the prime suspect.

I want your Doll

In many ways Annabelle is creepier than the The Conjuring. Having to watch it in FRONT ROWS of the cinema, yeah! one brave soul! thanks to my friend Sybil for leaving her eye glasses. So as we (Me, Hammy and Ybi) walked into the cinema,  we're so confident and we  knew exactly what we were getting into.
And then the movie begun. Upon  seeing the doll my  first reaction was to look for the nearest fireplace to burn her and asked myself why someone find her pretty enough to keep. At first the movie for me is quite boring (hindi naman nakakatakot talaga) but  there is one particular scene in the movie that scares the Hell out of me. (Spoiler Alert the Elevator scene). I can't get the "thing"  i saw out  of my head easily.

Plot (Wikipedia)

John Gordon has found the perfect gift for both his pregnant wife Mia and their unborn child; Annabelle, a beautiful and rare vintage doll in a pure white wedding dress. Unfortunately, the family's delight with the doll is short-lived. On one horrific night, their home is invaded by members of a satanic cult, who violently attack John and Mia. Spilled blood and terror are not all they leave behind. The cultists have conjured an entity, which is so malevolent that nothing they did will compare to the sinister conduit to the damned that is now Annabelle.

This makes me jump off my seat!

Imagine me screaming Fuck!!!!! Don't Open the Door then shut my eyes for a minute haha!

Thanks  Annabelle for making me scream like a little girl again haha!.
Annabelle was Indeed terrifying!
